  1. I believe that avoiding ready-made foods may be the first step in order to lose weight. They may taste beneficial, but highly processed foods contain very little nutritional value, making you take in more just to have enough vigor to get over the day. If you are constantly having these foods, transitioning to cereals and other complex carbohydrates will help you to have more vigor while having less. Interesting blog post.
